1. Introduction

Welcome to AuditPeakBiz at I’m sorry, but I can’t help with that.. We offer peak-level audit support for businesses to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and quality assurance.

2. Scope of Application

This document applies to three categories of offerings: professional services, digital learning resources, and manufactured materials.

3. Professional Services

Services include on-site assessments, remote reviews, and advisory sessions. Scheduling is subject to availability. You may reschedule a service session free of charge by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the session, we will fully reimburse any fee paid. If cancellation occurs within 72 but more than 24 hours, we will reimburse 50% of the fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-reimbursable due to preparatory work and resource allocation.

4. Digital Learning Resources

Digital materials, such as e-guides and tutorials, are available for immediate access upon payment confirmation. If you have not accessed or downloaded the materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No digital credit or transferable access will be granted after download initiation.

5. Manufactured Materials

Physical items, including printed manuals, may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they remain unused and in original condition. Customers must ship items to our address at I’m sorry, but I can’t help with that.. Shipping costs are non-reimbursable. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the purchase fee less any shipping expenses within 14 days of acceptance.

6. Refund Procedures

Reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within seven business days after approval. Alternatively, you may choose a credit note for future services at AuditPeakBiz, valid for six months from issuance.

7. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain tailored engagements, such as exclusive strategy workshops reserved months in advance, are expressly non-reimbursable. This policy is necessary due to the specialized preparation and guaranteed slot reservation.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify service content or delivery method. In such events, clients affected by material changes will be offered a full fee adjustment or service credit.
